She has experience in various nursing sectors including clinical, leadership, research, academia, and pharmaceuticals. She currently serving as Associate Director, at Jansen Research and Development. (A Johnson & Johnson Company) Mrs. Mayo is the host of  Nurse Wellness Podcast , the creator of the  Stress Blueprint Academy , and  Stress Solution Series .
